Breathing Exercises for Relaxation





Unfortunately, most of us simply don’t breathe efficiently or effectively, breathing shallowly into the top of our chests instead of taking each breath down deeply to reach the lower part of our lungs.

Correct breathing can aid relaxation and even reduce high blood pressure. Breathing exercises, which are designed to teach us to breathe correctly, can help us not only stay calmer and more focused, but also improve our vitality and health.
